As the world’s tallest observation wheel you are all but sure of amazing panoramic views from inside the glass capsule as you take a ride on the Singapore Flyer. Situated next to the waterfront you can enjoy a combination of harbour and city views as you slowly make your way around on the 30 minute flight. On a clear day you can see as far away as Indonesia and Malaysia. You can also arrange a ride at night time for completely different views of the city – the bright lights and shimmering reflections on the water are really quite magical! For top views of Sentosa Island and the surrounding area, the soaring Tiger Sky Tower is a great option. At 131 metres in the air and within a rotating cabin you really can soak up the beautiful views all around. Contrast the blue of the ocean and the golden sandy beaches with the many modern attractions that give Sentosa its reputation for fun and you’re sure to agree that the vistas are perfect.
Marina Bay Sands Skypark
Enjoy sweeping 360 degree views from the 55th floor of the striking and unique Marina Bay Sands complex. The Skypark features chest high glass walls that ensure your safety whilst also meaning that you can take your pictures over the top of the glass for the very clearest images and some stunning reminders of your time in Singapore.
Although not a high observation deck or viewpoint, looking back towards Sentosa Island and the beach from the small Palawan Island offers absolutely picture-perfect views. You can easily get to the island from Palawan Beach on Sentosa Island as it is connected by a bridge. You can also enjoy some nice scenic sights out over the ocean.
Relax with a drink as you soak up excellent panoramic views at the chic Lantern Bar. Perched on top of the Fullerton Bay Hotel you can admire the great waterfront vistas and iconic city skyline as you chill out in luxurious comfort. It is also a top place for a romantic interlude, but is just as great for groups of friends too. There’s a wide range of drinks on offer as well as tasty snacks.
As the tallest sky bar in the whole of the country it is inevitable that you will be able to enjoy some of the very best views of Singapore here! Located at the top of Raffles Place it sits at a dizzying 63 floors high. The safety barrier is glass so you know your views won’t be obstructed.
Journey up to the uncovered sky bridge that connects the different parts of this housing complex and you’ll be able to see over Chinatown and towards the gleaming skyscrapers of the country’s financial heart. Whilst the building s nothing particularly special to look at from the outside, it is actually one of the tallest apartment blocks on the planet!
